Description

Delicious and versatile dumplings made with rice paper and filled with your choice of vegetables, meat, or tofu, air-fried for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • Rice paper sheets
  • Favorite fillings (vegetables, meat, or tofu)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Soy sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
  3. Lay a softened rice paper sheet on a clean surface.
  4. Place your desired filling in the center of the sheet.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly to enclose the filling.
  6. Repeat with remaining sheets and filling.
  7. Lightly brush the dumplings with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  8. Place dumplings in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  10. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use a variety of fillings and do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
