Ingredients
- Rice paper sheets
- Favorite fillings (vegetables, meat, or tofu)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Soy sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
- Lay a softened rice paper sheet on a clean surface.
- Place your desired filling in the center of the sheet.
- Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly to enclose the filling.
- Repeat with remaining sheets and filling.
- Lightly brush the dumplings with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Place dumplings in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use a variety of fillings and do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
