Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare all filling ingredients by cutting vegetables and proteins into thin strips.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until just soft.
- Place the soaked wrapper on a clean surface.
- Lay a few pieces of vegetables, proteins, and herbs in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to enclose.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
