- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Thoroughly dry cauliflower florets
- Toss florets with olive oil and seasonings
- Arrange on baking sheet with plenty of space between pieces
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden
Notes
- For oil-free version, use aquafaba or vegetable broth
- Ensure cauliflower is completely dry before roasting
- Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet
- If using frozen cauliflower, thaw and dry thoroughly, adding 5-10 minutes to cooking time
- Add protein with hemp seeds, parmesan cheese, or serve with Greek yogurt dip
