  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into even pieces.
  3. Soak the potato pieces in cold water for at least 30 minutes; drain and dry them well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the dried potato pieces into the bowl, tossing until they are evenly coated.
  6. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they have space between them for even roasting.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
  8. Once golden and crispy, remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
