Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into even pieces.
- Soak the potato pieces in cold water for at least 30 minutes; drain and dry them well.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the dried potato pieces into the bowl, tossing until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they have space between them for even roasting.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
- Once golden and crispy, remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy!
