  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded rotisserie chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada shell.
  4. Top with the seasoned chicken, then add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
