- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 8 corn tostadas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1 avocado, sliced
- Hot sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the corn tostadas on a baking sheet and heat them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- While the tostadas are heating, shred the rotisserie chicken.
- Spread a thin layer of refried beans on each tostada.
- Top each tostada with the shredded rotisserie chicken.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and any additional toppings you desire (sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado, hot sauce).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
