A vibrant and flavorful crispy tofu stir fry packed with fresh vegetables and aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu with soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the tofu. Cook until crispy and golden on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for 30 minutes before cooking. Cook in batches to maintain crispiness.
