Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by finely chopping the mixed vegetables and seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable, about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling on the bottom third of the rice paper wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the dumplings until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
