Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs beef chuck roast
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season beef roast with salt and pepper
- Brown beef in olive oil in a skillet
- Place beef in slow cooker
- Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender
