- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet with diced onion and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer browned meat to the crockpot.
- Add beef broth, diced potatoes, carrots, celery, and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the vegetable mix and seasonings to taste. Top with additional cheese or green onions if desired.
