- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Shape half the mixture into the base of the meatloaf in your slow cooker.
- Layer Swiss cheese in the center.
- Cover with remaining meat mixture and shape into a loaf.
- Top with additional ketchup.
- Place sliced onions around the meatloaf.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

- Can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
