- 2 pounds steak (chuck or sirloin)
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Seasonings (e.g., garlic powder, paprika, and dried herbs)
Instructions
- In a crockpot, add the diced potatoes and chopped onion.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and your choice of seasonings, then place it on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the beef broth over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
- Cover again and let the cheese melt before serving.
