Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, diced

  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, add the diced potatoes and chopped onion.
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and your choice of seasonings, then place it on top of the potatoes.
  3. Pour the beef broth over everything.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak is tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  6. Cover again and let the cheese melt before serving.
