- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the sirloin steak dry using paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together low-sodium soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Place the steak cubes in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them, stirring to coat evenly.
- Distribute butter pieces over the steak mixture.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until the steak is tender.
Notes
Let the marinade sit with the steak for at least 30 minutes for better flavor; avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness.
