Tender and flavorful sirloin steak bites cooked in a rich marinade that brings everyone together.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak – cut into bite-sized cubes
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves – minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter – cut into small pieces
- Fresh parsley – chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Place the steak cubes into the crockpot and pour the marinade over the steak, making sure each piece is well-coated.
- Dot the steak with small pieces of butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until the steak is tender and flavorful.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the steak in the refrigerator for a few hours before cooking. Adjust seasoning after cooking if necessary.
