Instructions
- Cut pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create boats, leaving about 1/4 inch thickness.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and fresh dill until well combined.
- Fill each pickle boat with the cheese mixture, being careful not to overfill.
- Chill filled pickles for 15 minutes to help set the filling.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Coat each pickle boat in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place pickle boats in a single layer, cheese side up.
- Spray the tops lightly with olive oil spray and air fry for 8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
