  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Cut pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create boats, leaving about 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and fresh dill until well combined.
  3. Fill each pickle boat with the cheese mixture, being careful not to overfill.
  4. Chill filled pickles for 15 minutes to help set the filling.
  5. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  6. Coat each pickle boat in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
  8. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place pickle boats in a single layer, cheese side up.
  9. Spray the tops lightly with olive oil spray and air fry for 8 minutes until golden and crispy.
