- Yes, you can make the dough in a bread machine! Place all dough ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer and use the dough cycle.
- For overnight preparation, complete through Step 5, cover and refrigerate overnight. Let the loaves come to room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
- The signature sweetness comes from generous coating – use all the cinnamon-sugar mixture and apply it liberally before and after baking.
- For the perfect pull-apart texture, make deep diagonal cuts without cutting all the way through.
- While this is a reverse-engineered version, many Dollywood visitors confirm it’s very similar to the park’s famous bread.
