Ingredients
- Frozen dumplings
- Instant ramen noodles
- Eggs
- Fresh spinach
- Chicken broth

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs and cook for 6-7 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to cool, then peel and halve.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a gentle simmer. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add the frozen dumplings to the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the instant ramen noodles and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Toss in the fresh spinach and wilt for 1-2 minutes.
- Drain excess water and divide the noodles, dumplings, and spinach into serving bowls.
- Ladle the hot broth over the ingredients and top with halved soft-boiled eggs, sliced green onions, and black sesame seeds.
Notes
For a richer broth, simmer the chicken broth longer. You can also add spices like ginger or garlic for extra flavor.
