Ingredients

- 2 cups egg noodles (uncooked)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, cut up
- 2–3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian spices
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Get water boiling with salt in a large pot.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the box instructions until al dente.
- While the noodles cook, heat a pan over high heat and add the lean ground beef and chopped onion. Break up the meat while it cooks for about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian spices. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle flour over the meat mixture. Stir it in and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Gradually pour in beef stock while stirring continuously. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Drain the noodles and mix them into the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper to your liking, and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, customize the spices and consider adding fresh ingredients. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
