  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onions together. If necessary, drain excess fat.
  3. Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to incorporate thoroughly.
  5. Gradually pour in the beef broth while stirring until the mixture is smooth. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the gravy thickens to your liking.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the beef mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
