- 227 g shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 227 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 flour tortillas (6 inch, 15 cm)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until it is fully browned, then remove any excess fat.
- Mix in 3/4 cup of the enchilada sauce and 1 cup of the shredded cheese into the cooked beef.
- Distribute the beef mixture onto the tortillas, roll them up, and lay them seam-side down in a baking dish that has been lightly coated with oil or cooking spray.
- Drizzle the rest of the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
