  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes thinly and evenly
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant
  3. Layer potatoes in the skillet, pour cream over them
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 35-40 minutes until golden and tender
