Ingredients

- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly and evenly
- Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant
- Layer potatoes in the skillet, pour cream over them
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper
- Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 35-40 minutes until golden and tender
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even potato slices
- Ensure potatoes are completely covered in cream
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
- Can be made ahead and reheated
