Ingredients

- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
- Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, melted butter, cheese, onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and top with cornflake crumbs
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly
Notes
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking
- Cornflake crumbs can be substituted with crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days
