  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
  2. Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, melted butter, cheese, onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
  3. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and top with cornflake crumbs
  4. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly
