Delightful lemon crumble bars that are easy to make and full of vibrant flavor from lemon pie filling, all topped with a sweet crumble.

- 1 package cake mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can lemon pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cake mix and melted butter; mix until a crumbly dough forms.
- Press half of the dough mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Spread the lemon pie filling over the dough.
- Crumble the remaining dough mixture on top of the lemon filling.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
For an extra burst of fresh flavor, add a pinch of lemon zest to the filling.
