Ingredients

  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  3. Stir in the lentils, diced potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and bay leaf.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

  6. Remove the bay leaf and adjust seasoning to taste.
