- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter until well combined.
- Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until blended.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir gently.
- Fold in the flour just until it disappears.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For added flavor, consider folding in nuts or chocolate chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container or freeze for later.
