- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top off each garlic bulb to expose cloves.
- Drizzle olive oil over exposed cloves and wrap in foil.
- Roast garlic for 40-45 minutes until soft and golden.
- Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into softened butter.
- Mix thoroughly and season with salt and herbs.
