Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Remove the sausage from its casings and add to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
- Add sliced bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the peppers are tender.
- Serve the mixture on its own or in buns.
