  • 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Buns (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Remove the sausage from its casings and add to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the peppers are tender.
  5. Serve the mixture on its own or in buns.
