- 1 pinch onion powder, or to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 (225 g) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Collect all necessary items. Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat. Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Combine chopped bell peppers and green onions in a sizable mixing bowl.
- Incorporate eggs, beef bacon, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, as well as salt and pepper.
- Add the shredded Cheddar cheese to the bowl and whisk until well blended.
