  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) whole milk
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 pinch onion powder, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 (225 g) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary items. Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat. Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine chopped bell peppers and green onions in a sizable mixing bowl.
