Description

Enoki beef rolls blend earthy enoki mushrooms with savory slices of beef, creating a delightful dish perfect for gatherings and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 200g Enoki mushrooms
  • 400g Beef slices
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Take a slice of beef and place a few enoki mushrooms at one end.
  3. Roll the beef tightly around the enoki mushrooms and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the skillet is hot, add olive oil and then place the beef rolls in the skillet.
  6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with the soy sauce mixture.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
