- 200g Enoki mushrooms
- 400g Beef slices
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Take a slice of beef and place a few enoki mushrooms at one end.
- Roll the beef tightly around the enoki mushrooms and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Once the skillet is hot, add olive oil and then place the beef rolls in the skillet.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the soy sauce mixture.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
