- 3/4 cup (180 ml) dairy-free chocolate chips (130 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the granulated sugar; mix until well combined.
- Stir in the vegetable oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
