Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir in green onions just before serving.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra sauce, add more soy sauce and sriracha in the last minute of cooking. Use fresh ingredients for better flavor.
