- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in green onions just before serving.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra sauce, add more soy sauce and sriracha in the last minute of cooking. Use fresh ingredients for better flavor.
