- 1 pound white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the fish fillets with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Once the fish is done, flake it into pieces.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the fish in the tortillas and topping with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, salsa, and fresh cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra kick, add diced jalapeños or a drizzle of lime juice over the finished tacos.
