- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts. Refrigerating brownies for a few hours enhances flavor and texture.
