Instructions

- Separate eggs, placing whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
- Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.

- Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
- Spoon mixture into 6-8 rounds on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
