- 1 1/3 cups milk (320 ml)
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar (30 ml)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
- 2 tablespoons white sugar (25 g)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil

Instructions
- Collect all necessary items.
- In a medium bowl, mix the milk with vinegar and leave it for 5 minutes to create sour milk.
- In a large bowl, blend together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat the egg and vegetable oil into the sour milk.
- Combine the flour mixture with the milk blend and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Warm up a big frying pan on medium heat and spray it with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the pan, cooking until bubbles appear and the sides are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Turn over using a spatula and cook until the other side is golden brown. Continue with the rest of the batter.
