- 5 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s butter, melted

Instructions
- Collect all the necessary ingredients.
- Mix together the milk and vinegar in a medium bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes to create sour milk.
- In a separate large bowl, blend the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir the egg and melted butter into the sour milk mixture.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the milk mixture, whisking until smooth and free of lumps.
- Place a large skillet on medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup portions of the batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look dry, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
