  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s butter, melted
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Collect all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Mix together the milk and vinegar in a medium bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes to create sour milk.
  3. In a separate large bowl, blend the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Stir the egg and melted butter into the sour milk mixture.
