Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the French onion soup, water, and uncooked rice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover to simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the rice is tender.
