Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
- Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well combined.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour before serving. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
