Ingredients

- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
- Slice the cucumber and red onion and add them as well.
- Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.
- Slice the cooked chicken breast and place it on top of the salad.
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything together gently.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
