- 8 slices of bread

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on 4 slices of bread, then top with sliced strawberries.
- Place the other 4 slices of bread on top to make sandwiches.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk.
- In another dish, combine the flour and cinnamon.
- Dip each sandwich first in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture to coat.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and let drain on a paper towel.
