- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (45 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well-blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the brownie cool completely in the pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter until smooth, about 20-30 seconds.
- Spread the melted peanut butter over the cooled brownie layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts evenly over the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of the peanuts, pressing them gently into the peanut butter layer.
