  • 1/4 cup honey (60 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50 g)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml)
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (35 g)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (45 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let the brownie cool completely in the pan.
  10. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter until smooth, about 20-30 seconds.
  11. Spread the melted peanut butter over the cooled brownie layer.
  12. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  13. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of the peanuts, pressing them gently into the peanut butter layer.
  14. Transfer the pan to the freezer and freeze until firm, about 1-2 hours.
  15. Once frozen, remove the brownie from the pan using the parchment paper.
  16. Cut into bite-sized squares or desired shapes.
  17. Store the frozen bites in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
