Description

Delightful fruit spring rolls that are fun to make and perfect for kids’ parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 rice paper wrappers
  • 5 cups of assorted fruits cut into matchsticks
  • 5 strawberries cut into slices
  • 1/3 cup of hot water

Instructions

  1. Slice the strawberries or any fruit that will show through the wrapper.
  2. Cut the remaining fruit into matchsticks about 6 inches long.
  3. Pour the hot water into a plate carefully to avoid splashing.
  4. Place one rice paper wrapper into the hot water for 10 seconds.
  5. Lay the wet wrapper on a plate or cutting board.
  6. Position several slices of fruit in the middle of the wrapper.
  7. Top the slices with the matchstick fruits.
  8. Fold one corner of the rice paper over the fruits and tuck in the sides.
  9. Continue rolling to secure the ingredients inside.
  10. Serve the fresh fruit spring rolls and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different fruits and consider adding fresh herbs for a unique twist.
