Delightful fruit spring rolls that are fun to make and perfect for kids’ parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 15 rice paper wrappers
- 5 cups of assorted fruits cut into matchsticks
- 5 strawberries cut into slices
- 1/3 cup of hot water
Instructions
- Slice the strawberries or any fruit that will show through the wrapper.
- Cut the remaining fruit into matchsticks about 6 inches long.
- Pour the hot water into a plate carefully to avoid splashing.
- Place one rice paper wrapper into the hot water for 10 seconds.
- Lay the wet wrapper on a plate or cutting board.
- Position several slices of fruit in the middle of the wrapper.
- Top the slices with the matchstick fruits.
- Fold one corner of the rice paper over the fruits and tuck in the sides.
- Continue rolling to secure the ingredients inside.
- Serve the fresh fruit spring rolls and enjoy!

Experiment with different fruits and consider adding fresh herbs for a unique twist.
