Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the wet ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
