Description

A comforting potato casserole with creamy goodness, topped with a crunchy cornflake crust, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Melt butter and mix it with crushed cornflakes, then sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
