- 1 bag frozen diced potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Melt butter and mix it with crushed cornflakes, then sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
