Instructions

- Pour the hot water and minced garlic into the flour mixture, blending until a dough forms; place it on a floured surface. Knead the dough a few times. Divide it into 10 sections, shape them into balls, and press them into flat circles.
- Drape a clean kitchen cloth over the dough and allow it to rest for 20 minutes.
- Warm up a cast iron pan on medium-high heat.
- Flatten one dough circle to approximately the size of your pan. Place it in the heated pan and cook until it becomes golden and puffy, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
