- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and sear both sides until golden brown.
- Add the halved baby potatoes around the seared chicken in the skillet.
- Pour any remaining garlic butter over the chicken and potatoes.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
