- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken, add butter and garlic to the same skillet.
- Add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with garlic butter sauce, and serve hot.
