  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet, seasoning with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, add an extra splash of chicken broth and let it reduce. Fresh ingredients provide the best flavor.
