- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet, seasoning with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add an extra splash of chicken broth and let it reduce. Fresh ingredients provide the best flavor.
