- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and thyme
- Melt butter in a skillet, add minced garlic and sauté briefly
- Arrange asparagus in a baking dish, place salmon on top
- Pour garlic butter over salmon and asparagus
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving
