Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Return the sausage to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together, seasoning with salt and pepper.
