- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Return the sausage to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
